Comment: I had Tim Xavier as my sales consultant. He is a true professional who cares about his clients. My only issue was with the crew that came out to perform the work. There was a language barrier since the crew didn't speak English and didn't quite understand the job to be completed. I brought my concerns to Tim who corrected the problem and then followed up with me and fixed what wasn't completed by the crew. If it were not for Tim's customer service and follow-up, my rating would have been different.
