Why did the customer contact us?

Customer was getting water coming in through bulkhead area and flowing into the basement.

Solutions provided:

We provided her with a GrateSump 1/3hp pump system and a surface GrateTrench drain in front of the bulkhead doorway. This will catch the water and direct it to the pump. The pump wil lthen eject it outside into a underground 20 foot discharge line that will lead the water away from the house.
