Why did the customer contact us?

Customer flooded back in 2010. She had one crack fixed and hasnt had a problem since. She said that we are due for another major storm and she wants to make sure her basement stays dry. She wants to finish the basement and make it a playroom for her kids so she wants to protect her investment.

Solutions provided:

We provided her with a level 5 Healthy Basement Certificate. This included a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with full wall FinishShield vapor barrier. This also included two FastSump Combo Primary/Battery Backup pump systems. We also installed a Santa Fe Dehumidifier to keep the humidity at a safe level.
