Why did the customer contact us?

Customer got water from multiple locations in the basement where the wall meets the floor and a couple of leaks coming in from the walls.

Solutions provided:

We provided him with a Level 6 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with ThermalShield vapor barrier on the walls. We also installed a FastSump combo primary/backup pump system. A Santa Fe dehumidifier was also added to keep the humidity in the basement under control.
