Why did the customer contact us?

Customer has a house out in Martha's Vineyard. One section of the basement leaks where the wall meets the floor. He stores items down there in the winter and wanted to keep them dry.

Solutions provided:

We provided him with a Level 3 Healthy Basement Certificate. This consisted of a full perimeter GrateDrain drainage system with a 1 foot vapor barrier strip. This allows us to seal the system and be able to tie back into the drains if the customer ever has a wall leak. We also installed a FastSump Combo Primary/ Battery backup pump system.
